O R D E R
The plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.71 of 2014 on the file of the II Additional Family Judge, Chennai, has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Family Court to dispose of the suit within the stipulated time. 2.The plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No.71 of 2014 to direct the defendant to resume his marital stay with the plaintiff and discharge marital obligations.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the pendency of the suit before the Family Court, the petitioner is put to hardship and prejudice.
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the II Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.71 of 2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
