A.No.2862 of 2018 and C.S.No.489 of 2008 P.T. ASHA, J, It appears that the defendants 1 to 5 have been set ex parte as also the defendants 7 to 9. The 6th defendant has taken out an application for receiving the additional documents, namely, the Sale Deeds dated 09.04.2008 registered as Doc.Nos.321/2008 to 340/2008 on the file of the SRO (Central), Chennai. The defendants have referred to these Sale Deeds in Paragraph 9 of their Written Statement. The plaintiffs have filed their counter to this application in which they have only stated that the Sale Deeds mentioned in Paragraph 10 is void ab initio. Be that as it may, considering the fact that the application has been filed to receive the documents referred to in the Written Statement by the 6th defendant, it is clear that no new case is sought to be introduced. Therefore, this application is ordered. The parties shall therefore appear before the learned Master - IV for continuance of evidence on 18.03.2021.
