Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents.

2.The petitioner made a representation on 28.02.2017 seeking renewal of allotment of 300 MT of dry fly ash. As the said representation dated 28.02.2017 is pending consideration with the first respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the respondent is directed to dispose of the pending representation dated 28.02.2017 within a reasonable time.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the said representation dated 28.02.2017 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
