This application is disposed of by this Court on 15.06.2023, after appointing a Receiver to seize the vehicle from the respondent. 2.Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that initial remuneration of the Receiver Ms.C.Mathuri Kabila has already been paid as directed by this Court in its earlier order dated 15.06.2023. 3.Since the Application has already been disposed of, no further directions can be passed by this Court in this application. Hence, he seeks liberty for the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for an extension of time.

4.In view of the aforesaid circumstances, no further directions can be passed by this Court. However, liberty as sought for by the applicant is granted.
