O R D E R

This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is a money dispute between the petitioners and the counter party. Therefore, it is civil in nature. The respondent police has no role to play in this matter.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. If at all any cognizable offence is meted out as against the petitioners, the respondent is at liberty to take necessary action against them. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
