Respondent - - - - - - A report has been filed by the Advocate Commissioner along with enclosures. As seen from the report as directed by this Court on 05.06.2023, the Advocate Commissioner has seized the vehicle morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons. The respondent has also been duly served and his name is also printed in the cause list today. Along with the report, a Memo has also been filed by the Advocate Commissioner seeking additional remuneration of Rs.50,000/-.

2. Considering the fact that the Advocate Commissioner has already been paid an initial remuneration of Rs.30,000/-, this Court is inclined to award an additional remuneration of only Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner and not Rs.50,000/- as claimed in her Memo.

3. Since the respondent has been duly served in this application and he has chosen not to enter appearance and the Advocate Commissioner having already seized the vehicle, this application is closed after recording the fact that the subject vehicle has been seized by the Advocate Commissioner. The applicant is directed to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
