ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 31.10.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this petitioner is an accused in Crime No.454 of 2015, on the complaint given by one Chinna Elumalai, the president of the society, Kayappakkam Agricultural Society. As a counter blast, this petitioner has given the present complaint dated 31.10.2015, based on the complaint, investigation was conducted in CSR No.291 of 2015 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the same was closed on 13.07.2016. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner across the bar.
In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
