O R D E R

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the Licensing Authority cum Regional Transport Officer has suspended the Driving License of the petitioner and an enquiry is contemplated.

2. Thus the petitioner has to participate in the process of enquiry and defend his case in the manner known to law. The Licensing Authority has to conduct an adjudication of the issues and thereafter take a decision on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
