ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous as the final orders have been passed and terminal benefits have also been settled on the petitioner in 2022 itself and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. 2/4

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
