W.M.P. No. 10936 of 2026 in W.P. No. 16710 of 2022 M.DHANDAPANI, J This petition has been filed to substitute the legal heirs viz., S.Mallikha, A.Mahalakshmi, R.Kalaiselvi of the deceased Petitioner/G.Rajendran in W.P.No.16710 of 2022 and as petitioners in the connected miscellaneous petitions.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, death certificate and legal heirship certificate, this petition is ordered.
