PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to file a final report based on the FIR in Crime No.1370 of 2021 on the file of the Poonamalle Police Station on 10.10.2021 within a stipulated time.

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to file a final report based on the FIR in Crime No.1370 of 2021 on the file of the Poonamalle Police Station on 10.10.2021 within a stipulated time.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.1370 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 294(a), 323, 324, 448, 427, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002 has been completed and the final report is made ready. He would submit that the final report will be filed before the jurisdictional Court within a period of two months.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), direction is issued to the second respondent to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
