O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 408, 468, 471 and 477A of IPC in Crime No.124 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner being the 1/4

erstwhile Manager of the defacto complainant's company is alleged to have misappropriated a total sum of Rs.64,00,000/- when he was working therein on manipulating the accounts on sale of fabrics. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any such offence as alleged by the defacto complainant and only based on the confession statement of other accused, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that he is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court and he is ready to co-operate with the investigation. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and would strongly oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner on the ground that the first anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 03.12.2025; and that there are no change in circumstances and apart from that, so far no misappropriated money could be recovered and investigation is still processing.

5. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials available on record. 2/4

6. Considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and since there is no change in circumstances the present anticipatory bail application has been filed, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 13.03.2026 ssi To:
