This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.11 of 2010.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in Crime No.11 of 2010 was completed and charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.5824 of 2011. But, however, the accused have obtained stay of the trial proceedings in Crl.O.P.No.3392 of 2013 on 11.02.2013.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
