ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register a case, on the complaint dated 24.06.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner against his son, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.138 of 2016 , and on the complaint given by the petitioner's son Thiyagu against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.143 of 2016.

4. The respondent-Police is directed to conduct enquiry in both the CSRs by calling both the parties, and take action in accordance with law.

5. Liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act 2007.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
