ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the notification of the first respondent in Memorandum of Appointment vide order No.A48011/1/2023-DPAR/CCUI dated 01.03.2024 and the order passed by the third respondent in appeal Order No.163/DRDM/C2/2024/ 1317 dated 15.03.2024 respectively and to quash the same and consequently to direct the first respondent to include the petitioner's name in the Memorandum of Appointment for the post of Lower Division Clerk and further direct the fifth respondent to issue Nativity Certificate and Economically Weaker Section Certificate to the petitioner. 2/4

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition with appropriate prayer.
