2. The respondents have not filed counter, however, they have no serious objections.

3. Since both the plaintiff and the defendants are parties to those proceedings, the 2nd respondent is directed to transfer the above said pleadings, evidence and documents pertaining to the Rectification Petition No.275068 to the trademark under No.3237870 to this Court on or before 30.04.2024.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

5. List the matter on 11.06.2024.
