C O M M O N O R D E R This Court, by its order dated 05.12.2019, directed the revision petitioner to deposit the entire arrears of rent admitted by them to the credit of their respective eviction petition before the Rent Controller.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.03.2020, the learned counsel for the respondent was directed to serve a memo of calculation to the petitioner. On 17.03.2020, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned by three weeks. Thereafter, the petitioner has not appeared on 28.07.2020 and 26.08.2020. He has also not complied with the conditional order passed by this Court on 05.12.2019.

3. This Court, on 26.08.2020, directed the petitioner to comply with the order dated 05.12.2019 failing which, appropriate order will be passed. But, even then, the petitioner has not appeared for the past two hearings and a complaint has been made that he has not complied with the conditional order of this Court. 2/4

Considering the non-compliance and non-appearance of the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
