2. Heard Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.J.Pothiraj, learned counsel appearing for first respondent and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 to 4.

3. When the order was passed in the writ petition, the attention of this Court was not drawn to the earlier order passed in W.P.No.29781 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024. That apart, the petitioner in these petitions was the one, who had filed the said writ petition and this petitioner was not made as a respondent in the present writ petition. If that order had been brought to the notice of this Court, this Court would have directed the petitioner herein to be added as a respondent in the writ petition. In view of the same, final orders can be passed in these writ petitions only after hearing the petitioner in these petitions.

4. In the light of the above discussion, the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5691 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025 is hereby recalled. The petitioner is these petitions is suo motu impleaded as fourth respondent in the main writ petition.

These petitions are disposed of accordingly.
