Respondents (R-2 impleaded vide Order of Court in W.M.P.No.10608/2024,dated 04.04.2024) Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to rectify/modify the FMB line (Field Measurement Book) in the village revenue record as per patta and FMB issued to the petitioner on 25.10.1992, comprised in Survey Nos.270/29 (0.00.36), 270/30 (0.03.00) and 270/32 (0.00.60) measuring an extent of 0.03.96 Hectare (9.78 cents) situated at Avoor Village, Kilpennathur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, as found in Patta No.673, by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 05.11.2020 and 23.01.2024.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondents to rectify/modify the FMB line (Field Measurement Book) in the village revenue record as per patta and FMB issued to the petitioner on 25.10.1992, comprised in Survey Nos.270/29 (0.00.36), 270/30 (0.03.00) and 270/32 (0.00.60) measuring an extent of 0.03.96 Hectare (9.78 cents) situated at Avoor Village, Kilpennathur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, as found in Patta No.673, by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 05.11.2020 and 23.01.2024.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 05.11.2020 and 23.01.2024, and pass appropriate orders on merit and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
