ORDER

This Criminal Revision case has been filed to set aside the order CA.No.58 of 2017 dated 05.06.2018 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, thereby confirming the order in C.C.No.310 of 2014 dated 22.08.2017 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 Namakkal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already the entire bundle was handed over to the petitioner along with the change of vakalat. Therefore, after recording the submission, this Court directed the registry to print the name of the petitioner.

3. Even till today, the petitioner did not engage any counsel to represent on his behalf. Today, when the matter was listed, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner in person or through pleader.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision case stands dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
