This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1199 of 2024 dated 23.01.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., 1st and 3rd week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till filing of final report.
