2. These Writ Petitions are disposed at the time of admission in the light of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the first respondent.

3. The learned standing counsel for the first respondent submits that the petitioner should give appropriate representation to the Assistant Revenue Officer, Zone-V, Greater Chennai Corporation, Chennai and if such representation is given by the petitioner, the same will be considered and disposed in accordance with law.

4. Recording the above submission of the learned standing counsel for the first respondent, these Writ Petitions are disposed by directing the petitioner to give appropriate representation to the Assistant Revenue Officer, Zone-V, Greater Chennai Corporation, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. On such representation being given by the petitioner within such period, the Assistant Revenue Officer, Zone-V,

Greater Chennai Corporation, Chennai, shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
