Heard Mr.M.S.Govindarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kesavan, learned counsel for second respondent.
2. The petitioner seeks for grant of educational loan to pursue her B.Sc., (Agriculture) Course at P.G.P. College of Agricultural Sciences, (Affiliated to Tamilnadu Agriculatural University,
Coimbatore - 3) Palani Nagar, Namakkal - 637 405.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank submitted that in pursuant to the interim direction issued by this Court on 18.12.2014, bank addressed the petitioner and also furnished application for educational loan. The petitioner has submitted the application and the same was taken up for verification by the competent authority of the bank and the bank has sent reply to the petitioner dated 12.01.2015 requesting the petitioner to furnish requisite details such as particulars, which have to be enclosed along with the application. The said communication of the bank is said to have received by the petitioner on 16.01.2015. The learned counsel for the Bank also submitted that as and when the petitioner furnishes the requisite document, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with the guidelines of the Bank.
4.In the light of the above, this Writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to furnish all the requisite details as called for by the bank and if the same is furnished, the 2nd respondent/Bank shall consider the application within a period of three weeks from the date on which the petitioner submits her application. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
