J U D G M E N T

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.06.2023, the learned counsel for the appellant reported that the sole appellant died and he sought time to bring the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant on record.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, nearly after three months, there is no representation for the appellant and no application has also been filed to bring the legal heirs of the deceased appellant on record, till date.

3. Considering the above facts, this Court is of the opinion that despite providing sufficient opportunity, no steps are taken to bring the legal representatives of the deceased appellant on record. Hence, this civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
