JUDGMENT

(Judgment was delivered by M. DURAISWAMY, J.) Mr. Prakash Goklaney, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, on instructions, submitted that he is withdrawing the above Original Side Appeal for the reason that the appellant would file a Review Application before the learned Single Judge to review the order dated 21.03.2022 passed in Application No.384 of 2022 in O.P. No.719 of 2021 on the ground that he was not given an opportunity of hearing. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the Original Side Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the appellant to file Review Application in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
