ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to transfer the Joint Patta No.3962 in to individual patta based on possession as per the title and directing to Sub-Division Patta transfer for Punjai Old Survey No.383/3C, New Sub-Divisional No.383/3C1, Kothakottai Village, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Tirupattur District as per the revenue records.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted an application on 15.11.2023 with a request for sub-division of the land and issuance of individual patta, which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 15.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for sub-division of the land and issuance of individual patta in Punjai Old Survey No.383/3C, New Sub-Divisional No.383/3C1, Kothakottai Village, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Tirupattur District on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
