This application has been filed to permit Official Trustee to purchase an Executive Chair, Visitors Chairs, Bureaus, Wall Mounting Fans, Window Screen, Door Screen, Cabinet Drawer and Dell Computer, HP Laser jet and HP Multifunction Duplex Printer from the supplier, Tamil Nadu Small Industries Corporation Ltd. (TANSI), The George Town Multi Purpose Industrial Co-Operative Society Ltd., and Indian Copier Service for Rs.3,77,886/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Seventy Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Six Only) from the Vaduvambal and K.G.Northy Trust Estates accumulation Funds of FY 2017 -18.

2. Learned Administrator General and Official Trustee (AG & OT) has submitted that as per the Will of the Testator, Trust Deed and the orders of this Court, the income of the Trust Estates, namely, Vaduvambal and K.G.Northy should be utilized for Charity purposes, by donating to NGOs. He has further submitted that since the Office of the AG&OT is the custody of several important revenue records, they require basic amenities to keep the records safely as well as to work in a congenial atmosphere. ar George Town Multi Purpose Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., and Indian Copier Service for procuring various items from them and it was decided to place order on the above suppliers and therefore, he sought permission of this Court to utilize Rs.3,77,886/- from and out of the funds of the Trust Estates for purchase of the above items.

Having satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Application is ordered as prayed for and the learned AG & OT is permitted to utilize Rs.3,77,886/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Seventy Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Six Only) from the funds / fixed deposits of the Trust Estates for procurement of the aforesaid commodities. 29.03.2023 ar To:
