This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.04.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that a petition enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the petitioner, with the Inspector of Police, DCB, Krishnagiri District. Hence, the second respondent is hereby directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry and the action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
