(CR.NO.22 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.No.950/2022 by order dated 21.01.2022 on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and pass such or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SHYAM SUNDER, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.950 of 2022 dated 21.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.
