The Arbitration Application has been filed with a prayer to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the machinery to the Applicant, and by order dated 28.03.2024, Advocate Commissioner has been appointed by this Court.

2. M/s.Meera Gnanasekar, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the machinery has been seized and handed over to the applicant.

3. Ms.C.Kanakavalli, the learned Advocate Commissioner has also filed a report, dated 01.07.2024 regarding seizure of machinery along with the said report, she has also filed a memo (bearing same date) for additional remuneration of Rs.50,000/-.

4. The report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record. Considering the fact that the machinery has been seized and handed over to the applicant and a report to such effect has also been filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner, this Application is closed. However, taking into consideration of the arduous efforts taken by the Advocate Commissioner towards execution of the warrant, this Court is 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

sd inclined to grant additional remuneration. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the applicant to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of two weeks i.e. on or before 15.07.2024. Post the matter under the caption 'For Reporting Compliance' on 23.07.2024.
