O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11.02.2015 in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, submitted that as against the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.245 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 399 and 402 of IPC and Section 25(1)(b) of the Arms Act. Further he submitted that no such representation is pending with the respondents.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
