PRAYER; This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the proceedings in R.C. No. 5092/2014/M2 dated 14.2.2018, passed by the 1st respondent, in so far as relates to the levy of penalty on the petitioner under the Food and Safety Standards Act, 2006 and Food Safety and Standards (Packaging and Labelling) Regulations, 2011, quash the same.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in R.C. No. 5092/2014/M2 dated 14.2.2018, passed by the 1st respondent, in so far as relates to the levy of penalty on the petitioner under the Food and Safety Standards Act, 2006 and Food Safety and Standards (Packaging and Labelling) Regulations, 2011.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.
