ORDER
The first respondent in C.M.A.No.8 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Vellore has filed the Civil Revision Petition to direct the Sub Court to dispose of the appeal in C.M.A.No.8 of 2014 within a stipulated time.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Sub Court has not disposed of the appeal inspite of the fact that the respondents are ready to get along with the matter. Further, the learned counsel submitted that in view of the long pendency of the matter, the petitioner is put to hardship and prejudice. 3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Vellore to dispose of the appeal in C.M.A.No.8 of 2014 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
