SOLEMNLY AFFIRMED :

I am the first petitioner herein. I am filing my examination in Chief in the form of the Proof Affidavit. In continuation of the same, I am now deposing and marking the following documents. Ex.P1 is the letter dated 28.03.2023 sent by KFin Technologies Limited asking for succession certificate from the competent court of law. Ex.P2 is the computer generated death certificate of Mr.V.Murugappan. Ex.P3 is the computer generated death certificate of Mrs.M.Lakshmi. Ex.P4 is the computer generated legal heirship certificate of Mrs.M.Lakshmi.

Ex.P5 is the photocopy of my Aadhaar Card (Compared with the original). Ex.P6 is the photocopy of my Pan Card (Compared with the original). Ex.P7 is the is the copy of the paper publication effected in one issue of Tamil Daily "Dina Kural" dated 18.02.2024.

I, therefore, pray this Hon'ble Court that the petition may be ordered as prayed for.
