ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.59 of 2020 against the petitioner / A1, on the file of the Anaicut Police Station, Vellore. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), submitted that pursuant to the investigation made in Crime No.59 of 2020, the 1st respondent had filed the Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - V, Vellore and the said Final Report is yet to be taken on file. 3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if he is advised to do so.
