Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records the 1st respondent of impugned order 5258/DTD-D2/2015, dated 11.12.2015 and the reference No.Na.Ka A7/3708/2016 dated 29.05.2017 of the 6th respondent and quash the same and directing the petitioner to appear in the departmental test which is to be held on 24.05.2018 and 25.05.2018 conducted by the respondent by considering the petitioners representation dated 23.04.2018.
