Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the modified condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8675 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15788 of 2020 dated 23/12/2020 the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MURUGABHARATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8675 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15788 of 2020.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
