(CRIME NO.667 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.2866 of 2021 dated 02.03.2021 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MURUGA BHARATHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2866 of 2021, dated 02.03.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
