The petitioner has filed this present Writ Petition seeking for an issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to reimburse the sum of Rs.5,52,285/- based on the petition dated 16.11.2022.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that already amount the amount was paid and the same was received by the petitioner, for which there is no objection on the side of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the same has been fairly accepted by the petitioner.

4. Since the prayer in this Writ Petition has already been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication and hence the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
