[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] This petition has been filed directing respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2018 and to grant 6 days emergency leave to her father/life convict Muniraj S/o.Dasaraj, C.No.16713, confined at Central Prison, Vellore.

2. When the matter came up on 08.10.2018, this Court had granted emergency leave to life convict Muniraj S/o.Dasaraj, C.No.16713, who is confined at Central Prison, Vellore, for a period of 6 days from 16.10.2018 to 21.10.2018 to see his ailing mother.

3. It is now reported by learned Additional Public Prosecutor that as directed by this Court, the life convict was released from the Central Prison, Vellore, on emergency leave on 16.10.2018 and he has been brought back to the Prison on 21.10.2018.

In view of the fact that the request as sought for by petitioner herein has been granted and the life convict has also availed leave and has also been brought back to the Central Prison, Vellore, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
