This Court by an order dated 20.06.2019 had disposed of this CRP with a direction to the learned II Additional District Sessions Judge, Poonamallee, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.186 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Court below has disposed of the suit in O.S.No.186 of 2013 on 09.03.2020.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further order is required in this petition.

The learned counsel for the 6th respondent is present before this Court.
