ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to effect sub division of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the petitioner and thereafter, for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner for the sub-divided property, based on the petitioner's online application, dated 02.03.2026.
2. Since the aforesaid application was not considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 4th respondent.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's application as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's application, dated 02.03.2026 seeking sub-division and issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
