O R D E R
The Contempt Petitions have been filed seeking to initiate contempt against the respondents for not implementing the corrected order of the Hon'ble High Court dated 15.04.2021 passed in W.P.Nos.2619,2618 & 2617 of 2013.

On 12.08.2022, this Court passed the following order: ''The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that initially, the petitioners pay was fixed at Rs.5200 - 20,200/- G.P.1900/-. Whereas the persons, who are working in the same institution, pay was fixed at Rs.9,300/- - 3400/- + G.P. Rs.4,200/-. In order to avail such benefit, the petitioners have filed writ petitions before this Court. This Court disposed of the same vide order dated 03.12.2020 and remanded the matter back to the authorities. Pursuant to which, the respondent has passed the order on 09.03.2022. Again, the respondents have passed the very same order by way of fresh order.

2. In view of the above, Issue statutory notice to the respondents.
3. However, liberty is granted to the learned Additional Government Pleader to file petition for dispensing with the appearance of the contemnors, along with the compliance report, if the order has been complied with''
3. Pursuant to the above order, the respondents 2 & 3 is appeared before this Court and the first respondent is absent. However, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that due to unavoidable situation, the first respondent is unable to appear before this Court and further submitted that already the Government passed a GO.Ms.No.55, Higher Education Department (C2), dated 09.03.2022 and the same is recalled and appropriate orders will be passed in terms of the order passed by this Court.
4. Recording the same, the Contempt Petitions are closed accordingly. However, this Court directs the respondents to pass appropriate orders in terms of the order passed by this Court with in a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
