This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel took notice on behalf of the respondents 3, 4, 5 and 7 and submits that it is purely a civil dispute in respect of which the second appeal has been disposed of by this Court.

4. Be that as it may, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry by calling both the parties and proceed in accordance with law. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
