O R D E R

Mr.K.V.Sajeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 to R3 and is armed with instructions to enable final disposal of this matter, even at the stage of admission. In light of the order that is proposed to be passed in this Writ Petition, no notice is thought necessary to R4 at this juncture.

2. The petitioner has sought a mandamus directing the first respondent, being the Registrar of Coopertative Societies, Chennai to dispose his representation dated 07.02.2023 by causing enquiry into the irregularities committed by R4, i.e., the Secretary of the C1591 CMC Employee Co-operative Credit Society, Vellore for conduct of election within a stipulated period.

3. Mr.Sajeev would have no objection to the issue of mandamus as sought for.

4. In light of the same, mandamus is issued to R1 to hear not just the petitioner but also R4 and any other parties that is necessary for disposal of the

representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
