] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 209 days in preferring the Criminal Appeal against the judgment passed in S.C.No.34 of 2017 dated 26.06.2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge Magalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila) Court, Namakkal.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
