The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court by an order dated 17.12.2021, the respondent passed surcharge order as against one P.R.Rangarajan, by an order dated 04.08.2022. He also produced a copy of the order passed by the respondent before this Court.
