The relief sought for in this petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.03.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, P. Kritika Kamal, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 01.03.2018, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.35/2018 and the same was closed on 13.03.2018.
