The plaintiff has presented this application for permission to exhibit the documents described in the schedule to the Judge's Summons.

2. The suit is admittedly at the pre-trial stage. The respondent / defendant has no objection to this application being allowed. In the circumstances, reasonable cause is shown. Therefore, the applicant is permitted to exhibit the documents mentioned in the schedule to the Judge's Summons subject to the right of the respondents to file an affidavit of admission / denial in respect there of and raise objections in course of trial inter alia on the grounds of admissibility, relevance and proof.

3. In view of the above development, the case management schedule fixed on 23.03.2022 requires revision. After ascertaining the availability of the witnesses and the convenience of counsel, the following revised schedule is fixed:
