No.25 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J At the hearing on 09.03.2022, the applicant filed an affidavit of service stating that the postal cover despatched to the first respondent was returned with the endorsement "insufficient address". Accordingly, the applicant was directed to ascertain the full address of the first respondent. At the hearing on 23.03.2022, the applicant reported that it is unable to ascertain the full address and that the address indicated in the cause title is the only available address. The present application for substituted service is filed in the said facts and circumstances. The first respondent is a limited company and the address indicated is in the city of Chandigarh. Accordingly, substituted service shall be effected by effecting publication in an English daily and a Punjabi daily with reasonable circulation in the city of Chandigarh. Such publication shall specify the next date of hearing as 13.06.2022. Accordingly, A.No.1728 of 2022 is allowed.
